Conditions Relating to the Sale of Goods to You.
This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of goods by raganbone.com to you.
1. Our contract.
When you place an order to purchase goods from raganbone.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase goods which is accepted by us once we acknowledge a successful payment transaction by sending an e-mail confirmation.
2. Delivery.
raganbone.com aims to deliver your purchase to you within one week of receiving your order, residents outside the UK please allow up to ten days. You will receive an email upon despatch of your order.
3. Returns / Refunds.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can email us at returns@raganbone.com for a full refund of the cost of the item, but not the postage cost. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returned item(s) must be sent back "recorded/signed for" in adequate packaging, we accept no liability for lost or damaged goods.
Please email returns@raganbone.com within 10 days of receiving your item for a refund for a "returns reference number". Requests for a "returns reference number" after this time will not be accepted. Please supply your full name, original sales order reference number and reason for return. Return the unworn, unused product with the "returns reference number" clearly indicated on the outside of the parcel within 30 days of receiving your "returns reference number" to:

4. Goods.
Photographs and descriptions of our products are as honest and accurate as possible. Vintage jewellery, clothes and accessories will inevitably show some signs of wear. Therefore, their condition will always be mentioned within the descriptions of our products. Our vintage inspired products are both new and used, this is also stated within the descriptions where applicable.
5. Hallmarks.
We do not have jewellery or clothing experts here at raganbone.com, just people who love vintage and vintage inspired products so unless we are sure an item is genuine gold for instance we will not state it as such. We may mention if there is a hallmark of any description but we are more interested in an item's intrinsic value.
