How we measure our garments and accessories...

As body shapes and sizes have changed over the generations, so have manufacturers sizing. For instance a size 12 from the 1970s is more likely to be a modern size 10. For this reason, here at raganbone.com, we measure garments at these points.

We also try to give you an idea of what 'modern day' size the garment would be. Again, this is only an approximation.
